A. CrossFit is a strength and conditioning system built on constantly varied functional movements, if not randomized, functional movements executed at high intensity.
Q. What do I mean by constantly varied.
A. CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. The Workouts of the Day (WOD) are seemingly random. There is a method to the madness and it is fascinating.

A. A functional movement is an exercise that incorporates two or more joints and has applications in everyday life.
Q. How intense are we talking about?
A. The intensity is relatively high according to your fitness level and tolerance for metabolic pain.
