WOD: Five rounds for time
Burpee broad jumps, 100 feet for reps of:
- Sit-ups
- Kettlebell Swings #53m/#35w
- Kart Wheels
The number of burpee broad jumps that it takes you to cross the 100 foot mark is the number of repetitions you'll use for each of the movements above in the WOD.
