CrossFit Dues

At CrossFit SoCOS your first visit is always FREE.  Call Shyla at 719.238.6750 to check out our space, equipment, and feel the energy that makes our community strong, driven and FUN. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to meeting you.  

$50    CrossFit Elements:  Three one-on-one training sessions to learn the nine Basic movements of CrossFit. If you are new to CrossFit, you must first complete all three before working out in the scheduled WODs.  We will introduce and discuss the range of motion requirements for the following movements: Squats- air, front and overhead; Presses- shoulder, push and push jerk; Power lifts- deadlift, sumo dead-lift high-pull, and med ball cleans.  Each elements class will end with a workout that incorporates the movements learned during that session.  The workouts are designed to be difficult, but are always scaleable.  Your performance during these workouts will give us an accurate assessment of your physical fitness.

$95    UNLIMITED monthly workouts

          (makes it $4.50 each visit!)*

$75   For Military and Students

$120   Sign-up with one friend or family member and both of you will only pay $60 the first month. 

$15    Scheduled Drop-In/ Affiliation owners workout for free

          WOD = workout of the day!

*matching the crossfit model, 21-22 visit’s per month (3 days on, 1 off or 5 days on, 2 off)

We will make every attempt to work around your schedule.  If the scheduled times on the calendar, does not fit your schedule, PLEASE let us know so we can coordinate a time that works.

We will teach the proper technique for all movements.  Keeping the consistency is important and is truly what makes you faster.  Safety is always a very high concern while in our gym.

Workouts of the day, are completed at your pace and intensity level.  Every workout is scalable to your strength level. --- It’s what you put into it!
